Earlier this year, the Safire Racing team presented their newest innovation to their F1 in Schools car: the magnetically levitated sapphire bearing. On May 5, 2013, we won second place for this invention!

HH Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Chairman of the Emirates Foundation for Youth Development presented the award to Jordan, Jounes, and Dalia for the second place of the “applied physics” category. This is a huge honor for us as a team and once again proves Safire Racing to always innovate in everything it does.
